KT Cleaning Service – Terms & Payment Policy

To keep things clear and simple for all our amazing customers, please take a quick look at our updated Terms & Payment Policy

Payments: All payments are due on the day of your clean or unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand. We accept: Cash, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay and Card Payments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee. If we arrive and can’t gain access, the full service fee may still apply.

Customer Satisfaction: If you’re not 100% happy with any part of your clean, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right.

Insurance & Safety: We’re fully insured and take great care in every clean. Please ensure our team can access your property safely and that fragile or valuable items are stored securely.
